Meet Mel
Hey, I'm Mel and I'm so glad you're here. I have been coaching competitive gymnastics for 15 years and I am changing the game for coaches in youth sports.
I first stopped coaching in 2018 after a very long a difficult year in the gymnastics community as well as personally. In 2021, with a renewed sense of purpose, I chose to make my way back to coaching.
I burned myself out in LESS THAN 1 YEAR. I wanted nothing to do with the sport or coaching. I sought to use my communications degree in a sales environment and leave coaching behind.
Just 9 months later, I've made numerous small shifts that have revived my deep love for my sport and I'm here to share them with you.
I've made it my mission to help others stop their endless cycles of burnout and be able refuel their soul as a human, so they can revitalize, have more satisfaction, and find joy in their coaching again.
Together, we will look at what makes you, YOU and make small adjustments that generate big impact.
